Jr/Sr Division Registration

Registration for grades 6 - 12 must be completed by the teacher
Junior Division = 5 projects Each school that includes grades 6-8 may register a total of 5 eligible student projects encompassing those three grades. A team project may have up to 3 students. This counts as one project for advancement to the regional fair.
Senior Division = 15 projects Each school that includes grades 9-12 may register a total of 15 eligible student projects encompassing those four grades. A team project may have up to 3 students. This counts as one project for advancement to the regional fair.
Registration deadline is 5 PM Friday, March 5, 2010 for grade 6-12 students. Project paperwork due for final SRC POST-Review must be postmarked by this date. LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
To register a grade 6-12 student you will need:
-Student's Project ID
This was in the confirmation email you received when your student initially entered their project through the Online Eligibility Questionnaire. If you don't have this ID, email scifair@ipfw.edu and your project ID’s will be emailed to you. (Didn’t enter the project through the Online Eligibility Questionnaire? Go to Online Eligibility Forms on homepage and do that now)
-Student's birthdate and address with zip code
REMINDER: For students in grades 6-12, becoming eligible was a necessary prerequisite for participation in the Regional Fair.
Registration for eligible Jr & Sr Division students involves 3 steps:
Step 1: Click link (below) to register. Enter the student’s project ID in the ID box. The ID is 9 characters plus 2 hyphens. (For example: ENTR-0320-H)
On the registration page, fill in the boxes (project title may be edited here if necessary) and submit. Team projects submit one registration form.
You will receive an email confirmation. To register additional projects, repeat Step 1.
Step 2: Mail each student’s complete project paperwork for SRC Post-Review to address below. Project paperwork must be postmarked by Friday, March 5, 2010. All Grade 6-12 students must submit their completed project paperwork for final POST-experimentation SRC review. This last review is done to make sure no ISEF rules were violated as projects were completed.

Grades 6-8 whose projects became eligible as a result of a SRC Pre-Experimentation Review must submit their Regional paperwork used for Pre-Review including an abstract.
Grade 6-8 students whose projects were EXEMPT need to submit their signed exemption form, Regional Approval Form, Research Plan, and an abstract.

Grade 9-12 students who became eligible as a result of an SRC Pre-Experimentation Review are to complete the ISEF paperwork they submitted at the time of the Pre-Review AND include an abstract (max. 250 words) of their completed project on the ISEF Abstract Form.
Grade 9-12 students whose projects were EXEMPT need to submit their signed exemption form and their completed ISEF paperwork: ISEF Forms 1, 1A, Research Plan Attachment, 1B, AND an abstract (max. 250 words) of their completed project on the ISEF Abstract Form. Step 3: Remit the project entry fee of $10. Check or money order must be made payable to IPFW (cash cannot be accepted). Please indicate the last names of the registrants on the memo line. Payment must be received by 5 PM on Thursday, March 18 and may be mailed to:
