There is construction in and around the Gates Sports Center.
There will be limited concessions on Saturday 7:30 AM-Noon including pastry, coffee, soda, candy
Student Information Form/Media Release
The Student Info Form/Media Release needs to be signed by the student's parent/guardian. This form will be at the student's display booth. If the student's parent/guardian will not be accompanying the student to the Fair to set-up, they should print and complete this form prior to the fair and send it with the student/accompanying adult on March 20.
Junior and Senior State Fair Availability Form
Junior Division (grade 6-8) will need to indicate their availability for the Hoosier State Fair on March 27. Senior Division (grade 9-12) will need to indicate their availability for the Hoosier State Fair and the International Fair May 9-14. This form will be at the display booth or may be printed, completed, and brought to the Fair on March 20. It is submitted to the Display Inspector when display is checked.
