The following links are active as of August 1, 2025. These work for single observations, midterms, and final evaluations. They can be completed by Student Teachers (midterm only), Cooperating Teachers (midterm or final), and University Supervisors (observations and final). Results are sent to each of the ST, CT, and US. The directors for student teaching—both undergraduate and Transition to Teaching—receive warnings if student teachers are not making adequate progress. The Director for Assessment is notified of final evaluations. We also include supporting guidance above the evaluation links to help review the evaluation tool and clarify expectations.
About every seven to ten years, the state updates the requirements to earn an Indiana teacher license. The rules for those requirements are often referred to by the law that was enacted to update the requirements. Since August 23, 2018, the current licensing rules are referred to as REPA3.
