Display Rules
NO FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED IN THE EXHIBIT AREA

Award Contact Info and Media Release Form
The Award Contact Info and Media Release form needs to be signed by the student's parent/guardian. This form will be at the student's display booth. If the student's parent/guardian will not be accompanying the student to the Fair to set-up, they should print and complete this form prior to the fair and send it with the student/accompanying adult on March 15.
Junior and Senior State Fair Availability
Junior Division (grade 6-8) will need to indicate their availability for the Hoosier State Fair on April 5 at DePauw University. Senior Division (grade 9-12) will need to indicate their availability for the Hoosier State Fair and the International Fair May 11-16. This form will also be at the display booth. This form may be printed, completed, and brought to the Fair on March 15.
