Blue Ash is found in Indiana only rarely, and then usually on stream bluffs. Fruit and foliage resemble Black Ash except that foliage is greenish-yellow, and young branches are 4-angled and square. Leaves have 7 to 11 stalked leaflets. This native ash seems to be highly resistant to Emerald Ash Borer. |
