CLAD Lab Research Recruitment

Speech Intelligibility Evaluation System

Key Information

We are looking for adult participants for a research project.

We are working on creating a clinical tool to help evaluate the intelligibility of people with speech disorders. We need healthy adults to read a list of phrases to determine the time and effort required for this task and to find a baseline of normal intelligibility.

Below, please find the information sheet providing details of the study. If you agree to participate, download the phrase lists (2 lists in one document).

We ask that you record yourself reading each full list (taking breaks as needed). We ask that you record each list as a separate file and upload the files to the secure link (the QR code will take you to the same location). We estimate that with breaks this should take approximately 10-15 minutes of your time.
