Official Unofficial Pass List

The following forms allows you to request entry into contests requiring tickets for student athlete prospects. Official Unofficial Pass List
 Directions on using the form Open the Official Unofficial Pass List form by clicking on the above link.
  1. Submit the completed document to the Compliance Office via email or hard copy
  2. Submission should occur no later than 24 hours prior to game time.
  3. The Pass List will be forwarded to the Ticket Office.
